Would you like to share with us how much time you have freed up per week so far? / What % of your time have we freed up per week so far?
"Well, I don't want to be silly here. But I feel like it's probably freed up 100% of our time to focus on other things. Because our VA heavily manages the client care inbox and just completely takes things off of our plate. So she's given back time for us to work on other things.
Do you feel you have been able to use that time to focus more on business growth?
“Definitely. We're very much in a scaling phase of our business at this point. So we are able to focus on scaling because we have developed the systems that our VA is responsible for managing”
If so, can you share with us how much your business has grown since we started helping to free up your time OR share some other positive business impacts experienced (in the case of no growth yet)?
"Yeah, I think it's helped us to really be able to add more revenue streams in our business and pivot in ways that we wouldn't be able to pivot if we didn't have these VAs on our team."
Before The Virtual Hub, what problems/issues did you face?
"It’s having people work in their zones of genius. Before the VAs came on, we were doing lesser things and now, we're able to do more important things."
What made The Virtual Hub stand out from other VA companies?
"Oh, man, we've been working with the virtual hub for six years now. We found The Virtual Hub through a very high referral. I do really appreciate like how it's either part time or full time. It's not a little bit of this and a little bit of that. It's just really straightforward. It makes it a very easy decision and not have too many choices."
How was your business impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic? Do you feel that The Virtual Hub played a role in your success during that time? If so, how?
"Especially with our VA, she just really showed us how dedicated she is to our team. And the level of professionalism really stood out because at some point, at the beginning of the pandemic, there was also a natural disaster in the Philippines that affected our VA’s family home. But she didn't really bring any of that into our business. I really appreciate her ability to be very professional with all the things that was going on for her personally. So I can't really say that our business was totally affected by the pandemic. Our sales actually increased because more people want to be working online.
But in the same token, we really didn't feel any change from the side of The Virtual Hub because things were so professional. So it was business as usual”
