Would you like to share with us how much time you have freed up per week so far? / What % of your time have we freed up per week so far?

I would say a minimum of 10 hours a week to upwards of 20 hours of freed time every week

Do you feel you have been able to use that time to focus more on business growth?

Yes. Getting a VA has definitely helped me free up time to be able to work more on strategy, to be able to take on new projects that I wouldn't have been able to otherwise.

If so, can you share with us how much your business has grown since we started helping to free up your time OR share some other positive business impacts experienced (in the case of no growth yet)?

I would say somewhere between double and triple!

What made The Virtual Hub stand out from other VA companies?

I think the structure that you guys have is quite unique, at least from all the companies that I've looked at. Like a lot of companies are just: “here's this person to work with, go work with them” - no one is working with them behind the scenes. They're managing, like HR and those sorts of things. But you guys are very invested in the growth of your employees.

How was your business impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic? Do you feel that The Virtual Hub played a role in your success during that time? If so, how?

I think the biggest thing that was a huge help was - I didn't have to worry about my VA. You guys were handling that and I'm handling my stuff. And it just worked. You know, there were no interruptions, there were no issues with people working from home.

It all just worked very seamlessly. I love that people have this kind of opportunity and still be able to work on what they want to work on.
